Artwork Requirements

Accepted file formats:

  • Adobe Acrobat – PDF (Press Quality)
  • Vector Artwork  – AI / EPS / SVG
  • Raster Artwork – PSD (Hi-res/300dpi preferred)
  • JPG / JPEG (Hi-res/300dpi preferred)
  • TIFF (Hi-res/300dpi preferred)

We suggest setting your artwork up at the following sizes and resolutions:

  • 100% scale at 150 dpi
  • 50% scale at 300 dpi
  • 25% scale at 600 dpi
  • 10% scale at 1000 dpi

Text and Effects
Please convert all text to curves/outlines or alternatively embed the fonts. For transparencies, drop shadows and complex gradients, please flatten where possible as it is common for these effects to cause issues and can result in the print being different than expected.

Our work is priced according to the amount of work and value we provide on delivery. Discounts aren’t necessary.

Returning Your Product

Returning your product is really easy to do. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply visit the contact page and fill out a return request and we’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product.

Exchanging Your Product

Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a different product or for store credit. The process is simple. Simply visit the contact page and fill out an exchange request and we’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the product.

Shipping Info

We offer competitive shipping rates on all of our products. With smaller items, we offer flat rate shipping through USPS and with the current global market, supply chain issues, and fuel cost, we will look for the most cost effective way to get your order to you.
